WORKSHOP * Introduction to Essential Oils and Hormonal Health

March 5, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

In essence – we’ll be talking all things essential oil magic!

In this workshop, you’ll learn how hormones affect every part of your life and how to balance them naturally with the power of plant medicine. Free yourself from PMS, painful periods, skin problems, excess weight, digestive issues, stress, insomnia and fatigue and glow from the inside out!

As part of the solution space, we’ll explore how you can integrate dōTERRA’s highly potent essential oils into your daily life to feel healthier, more energetic and balanced. We’ll learn all about why these oils are so powerful, and how they can support you in a wide variety of health and wellness related endeavours, such as improving your sleep, strengthening your immune system, speeding up your recovery and supporting your body’s natural detoxification pathways.

Theory aside, we’ll also dive into lots of useful tips on how to use the oils for practical day-do-day things like treating headaches, clearing up skin blemishes, cooking and toxic-free cleaning. Get ready to oil up your life!

During the workshops you’ll have the chance to try lots of different oils and ask aaaaaall the questions! You’ll of course also have the opportunity to order your own essential oils – I’ll be happy to help you pick the right ones to get started with, based on your individual needs & health priorities.

Some snacks and drinks will be provided! 🙂

To keep things nice and cozy and make sure all of your individual needs are met, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 4 people – so if you’re keen, make sure to send your €20 participation fee via PayPal to info@edible-balance.com to save your spot (please indicate which workshop you’re signing up for)! Looking forward to oiling up your beautiful faces!
