A few years ago, I was introduced to the power of breathwork during a ‘Rebirthing’ (transformational breathwork) session, which I honestly ended up participating in by pure chance alone. The mind-blowing effect of a single afternoon of targeted breathwork on both my physical and mental state took me completely by surprise, and encouraged me to dig deeper.
Since then, I’ve been practicing and studying breathwork extensively, and have come to see it as one of the most powerful tools available to humans for state regulation. Improved focus, lower stress and inflammation levels, better digestion and trauma release are only a few of the many things targeted breathwork can induce.

Optimal athletic performance goes hand in hand with optimal breathing, as the oxygen we inhale is a vital component of the energy production process the human body performs to fuel movement. Improving breathing mechanics and learning how to breathe in accordance with your desired state during exercise will boost your performance without putting in more hours.

The ability to focus and rest in awareness has become seriously challenged by our modern day lives, characterized by a constant influx of information and triggers. Chronic stress and a sense of overwhelm, dissatisfaction and challenged productivity are not seldom the result. Knowing how to use your breath to shield yourself and find focus is a total superpower!

I enjoy digging deep down to the root cause of issues my clients are experiencing and fixing it from there, rather than simply converting up symptoms. If you’re looking for quick & dirty fixes, I’m not the partner in crime you’re looking for – I’m all about working with people on changing their habits sustainably, making sure that the results will last.
Standardized 30-day plans, one-size fits all approaches and strict ‘taboos’ might give you quick results in the short-term – if you have the mental power to stick to them. But I believe that pushing yourself into a mindset of scarcity and sacrifice will likely not lead you to sustainable, long-term success.
Making small, incremental changes, whilst allowing yourself to understand and enjoy the steps that make up your personal journey, will in my experience always take you much further.
